1) These prices only apply to homes less than 25 years old and built with thermal windows.

2) The windows must have only 1 pane of glass (inside and out)

3) Any home with 4-panel sliders must add 25% to the estimate.

4) Homes that are custom built and/or have small T's(french door) type windows must be individually priced and pricing grid does not apply.

5) All prices are plus HST.
